Refund policy
In the event that you contact us with the issue of returning or exchanging any product purchased from us, please read the general rules.
The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the day of receipt.
Important: When receiving the order, be sure to check the integrity of the product (packaging and its contents).
Completeness and integrity of the product
• Please check the completeness, integrity of the packaging, absence of mechanical damage and documents upon receipt of the order. This can be done with delivery service employees.
• We are not responsible for goods that have not been checked for mechanical damage or missing parts directly upon receipt at the carrier's office.
• In case of discovery of incompleteness or damage, you have the right not to pay for the product and refuse to receive it.
Warranty service
In case of detection of defects (deviations from the parameters and characteristics specified in the operating instructions), the consumer has the right to free repair of the product during the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the product by the end user.
The warranty is not provided in the following cases:
- There are no seals, labels, stickers and other markings provided by the manufacturer on the product;
- The product has traces of unqualified, third-party intervention or unauthorized repair;
- The product is damaged or has failed due to violation of the rules and conditions of installation, connection, adaptation to the buyer's local technical conditions, operation, storage and transportation;
- The defect is caused by a change in design or software;
- The product has severe mechanical or electrical damage resulting from any actions of the buyer or third parties;
- Defect caused by force majeure, accident;
- Detected traces of foreign objects, liquids, insects, chemicals and other substances entering the product;
- The defect is caused by voltage fluctuations in the power supply network, use of incorrect power supply or input voltage, radiation, electrostatic discharges (including lightning), as well as other types of external influences;
- Normal wear and tear of the product caused by its operation;
- Defects caused by the use of consumables that do not meet operational requirements;
- Virus damage, use of software that is not included in the product package or is unlicensed.
