Delivery across Ukraine
We work without holidays and weekends! Customers from Ukraine can receive their order within 2-4 days, depending on the location of the settlement and the chosen delivery method. Delivery is possible to those settlements where Novaya poshta or Ukrposhta branches operate. You can see the available methods, exact delivery times and cost during checkout after selecting the desired service and delivery city.
Ukrposhta Express delivery
The cost of delivery is paid by the customer. The order will be delivered to the Ukrposhta branch within 3-5 days. The order can be stored free of charge at the Ukrposhta branch for 7 calendar days. On the 8th day, the order is automatically sent back to the sender. A passport or identity card is required to receive the shipment.
Delivery is possible to those settlements where Ukrposhta branches are currently operating.
Delivery to the New Post warehouse
The cost of delivery is fixed and amounts to UAH 60, so additional costs for remittance are not charged. The order will be delivered to the pick-up point within 2-3 working days. Nova Poshta will inform by SMS that the order is waiting at the Nova Poshta branch.
Delivery to the Nova Poshta post office
A post machine is a self-service terminal where you can pick up your order. The cost of delivery is UAH 55. Payment for the order is possible online on the website or in the Nova Poshta application.Доставка можлива в ті населені пункти, де наразі працюють відділення Нової пошти.
Ukrposhta international delivery
The cost of delivery depends on the country of destination, weight and dimensions of the shipment. It is calculated at the time of placing the order.
Additional costs: The cost of customs clearance of the cargo is not included in the delivery price. If the amount of the order exceeds the duty-free import limit established by local legislation, the recipient is obliged to pay the cost of government services for customs clearance of the cargo. We recommend checking the conditions for importing goods to the desired country of destination before placing an order.

Delivery method: delivered by courier to the address specified by you. Delivery to mailboxes, branches or other alternative methods is not available.
